-Responsible for all categories planning and buying
-Breakdown OTB to gender&BU level, forecast numbers and line structure information.
-Collaborate with M&A team to develop product strategy for Own Retail base on China Strategy,Do own retail assortment.
-Create preseason sales, and inventory plans by division that support product strategies.
-Place order by store level,Clear know SKU width&depth&sales percentage&BU needs&buy preference&new percentage,buy as accurate as possible
-Identify order gap and risk for business and take action Track orders (Deley&Short shippment&other revise) and take action accordingly
-Make launch plan down to store and pass to Allocator
-Give support team and store instruction on Bi-weekly story&keystyle&Piority&what need to do to maximize sales and ST -Setup markdown plan down to Bi-weekly and pass to allocator
