Job Description


l Bring in new distributions/dealers for sales channels (Luxury and/or High-end Business).

l Plans and responsible for achieving sales objectives and programs in HK to meet aggressive business growth.

l Strengthen Residential Specifications across influencers and own networks.

l Develops, trains and mentors inside and outside sales representatives, distributors for the region. Oversees handling or may handle key accounts.

Essential functions

l Proactively pursue and close sales for luxury and/or high-end channels, both in the field and remote management.

l Expand Brand Window Shades business as well as Lighting systems.

l Dedicate bringing in new distributors/dealers for Brand Window Shades and Lighting systems including but not limited to Windows channel, AV channel, Interior Decorator, system integrators, windows/lighting/kitchen/furniture/building materials supply, etc showrooms, e-channel, retail channel, electrical contractors, design & build contractors

l Promote the brand and gain specifications for Brand window and residential systems with account primarily made up of Interior Designers, Residential Architects, High End developers and Residential M&E Consultants.

l Show Tell Sell, Interfaces directly with clients and influencers, handles and coordinates deliveries and special needs to fulfill their needs.

l Develop strong relationships with existing and new specification accounts to become the go-to person for Brand lighting and automated shades.

l Strong presentation skills with ability to present convincingly to a senior level customer audience

l Provide monthly meeting schedule/event calendar in advance, reporting to senior manager

l Constantly evaluate distributors’ strengths and weaknesses and formulate appropriate action plans.

l Coordinate system sales engineer’s schedules and activities to support sales.

l Attends trade shows and meets and discusses projections and future requirements.

Supervisory responsibilities

l Successful candidate may be required to lead and growth the sales team.


l Minimum of 8 years sales-related experience in luxury and/or high-end market in the lighting/audio/visual industry or electronics distribution, building materials distribution with some experience from working with manufacturers.

l Strong network of contacts within the industries in HK.

l Customer-centric, positive attitude, high energy, resourceful, self-motivated, takes intelligent risks and initiative

l Proven track record of ability.

l Record of accomplishment achieving sales revenue and/or specifications targets.

l Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format, in English is a must and Mandarin/Putonghua would be an advantage.

l Ability to interact effectively with management.

l Proven track record of accomplishment in ability to demonstrate effective teamwork.

l Track record of personal and professional integrity and ethical behavior.

l Presentation skills are essential. Must perform presentations to small and large groups of customers.

l Ability to interact effectively and comfortably with executive management and senior management from distributors, customers or end-users.

Language skills

l Ability to communicate efficiently in English, Mandarin / Putonghua would be an advantage.

l Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.

l Ability to write reports, business correspondence, policies and procedures.

l Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executives, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Reasoning ability

l Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

l Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Eligibility requirements

l Willingness to work in an office and on sites.

l The ability to travel occasionally may be the requirement of this position.
