Responsibilities:
1) Develop & Implement sales programs consistent with sales strategy in respond area;
2) Lead day to day sales & technical support to customers & distributors;
3) Customers and industry interface;
4) Efficiency working with technical/marketing team;
5) Be responsible for the maximizing sales and gross margin of the business in line with objectives and budgets;

Qualifications:
1) B.S. or above in Chemistry related or pesticide formulation development;
2) Minimum 5 years’ experience in crop care industry or pesticide formulation with good technical experience and capability;
3) Work self-motivated and independently;
4) Willing to take full responsibility and to work under pressure;
5) Good communication ability and the team cooperation spirit;
6) Exceptional written and oral proficiency in English/Mandarin;
7) Willingness to travel within China and occasionally internationally.
