Key Responsibilities:
- Audit coordination (once a year, with vendor)
- Internal annual budget (once a year, but monthly review required)
- Local tax annual filing (once a year, with vendor)
- Monthly/Quarterly/yearly financial analysis (with US and CN)
- Constantly monitoring office/sector/pratice finance performance and provide professional support/guidance to leadership
- Provide financial support to all level of leaders (both US and CN)
- "Lead" GT vendor team to perform good accounting support to Shanghai office
- Billing coordination (b/w HK, US, CN and clients)
