Job Description
1、负责电商部门的业务运营及规划，对电商部门整体业务目标负责；
2、指导并参与线上销售门店的日常运营及关键指标提升，组织和策划门店营销活动；
3、做好竞争分析与追踪，为销售部整体运营决策、销售策略提供方案支撑；
4、对外与电商合作平台保持沟通与合作
*团队管理+多平台经验（阿里+京东+others）+美妆护肤行业经验
