Job Description
•Conduct on-site installation and follow testing procedures to ensure proper working order;
•Troubleshoot among a wide range of technical problems and issues, determine technical solution
and repair with quick speed;
• Conduct on-site services including but not limited to scheduled preventive maintenance, calibration,
IQ/OQ etc;
• Provide training for customers and users on basic product use and maintenance;
• Promote the sale of designated service products in order to meet budgeted and associated service
and sales goals;
• Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers and sales team;
• Provide feedback on epidemic technical issues to product quality teams;
• Provide appropriate input in writing, updating and correcting various product documentation;
• Provide input for various reports including identifying and isolating unique problems;
• Work with Finance team to ensure timely collection of accounts receivables related to service
activities;
• Further tasks on request;
• College degree in engineering or science;
• Good English reading and writing
