-Assist Senior Training Manager to roll out the relevant training development program for retail staff based on business needs.
-Could independently and efficiently organized the retail training workshops, such as New Store Opening Project, On Boarding Program, Mentor Program and so on.
-Actively follow up with key talents through store coaching and assist the whole department to accomplish the training targeted KPI.
-Closely work with field team and makes sure the service standard, selling behavior, professional knowledge and field execution which are qualified.
-Keep the training record and collective feedback from retail to makes sure the training result.
-Assist Training Head to complete all operation and logistic including training material preparation, follow up in-store training activity, training coordination with relevant functions.
-Partners in the design and execution of training programs and tools for retail training needs.
