Responsibilities:
- Management of the team:
o Prepare and evaluate objectives of the technical team
o Motivate, manage and support the technical team personnel
o In charge of project allocations among you and your team
o Ensure the good projects development according to our procedures
o Help anticipate and solve quality and development problems
o Maintain good communication with serviced offices (France/UK/Brazil)
o Report and communicate efficiently with functional and operational hierarchy
- Sourcing presence:
o Select the most appropriated suppliers in Cosfibel database
o Sourcing of suppliers according to the needs of the suppliers.
o Negotiate with suppliers cost and payment terms
- Project management:
o Analyse of all strategic briefs and to propose technical and economic with the design team and solution
o Set up and organize efficient project development environment (resources, timing, planning)
o Cost analysis and discussion with suppliers based on the conception
o Risk management
o In charge of the development of the project for the study – sampling – pre-series – production to guarantee the quality and the timing required by the customer

Job Requirements:
 Engineer Degree and strong technical knowledge of boxes and western clients
 Strong in project management and leadership skills and team spirit
 Good decision making and problem solving
 Mini 7 years experiences in the luxury industry, sourcing and vendor management.
 Fluent Mandarin and English, French are a plus
 Wine and spirit industry would be appreciated
 Very good communication skills and open mindedWilling to frequent travel
 Station in ShenZhen
