The role will be running the full commercial ops in STG BU
Managing 7 people incl a manager in Customer services, all of the team are based in Hainan
Closer critical business and senior stakeholders

Must have：
-Sales operation and order management experience
-Relevant work experience including Industry，Automation and Consumer Good Professional but not limited
-Familiar with SAP，Oracle or JDE system；good at sales process optimization
-Nice communication skills
-Fluent with English & Mandarin both write & communicate
