Job Description

1. Develop new business with OEM key accounts as tier 1 spec-in, as well as material validation by variable portfolio to achieve sales and margin target.
2. Manage key account business to sustain organic and sales growth through intensive engagement and approach
3. Develop and penetrate business into new key accounts on assigned segment (connector, components, electronic power supply, motor) to achieve sales and margin target
Work with sales team to win tier business through OEM approach
Expand business with existing key accounts into new platforms
4. Leverage the unique products/applications with targeted accounts to develop new growth areas for company portfolio.
5. Work closely with the global team to ensure coordination of approach to those accounts to achieve qualification for global business opportunities.
6. Develop value selling and technical understanding to accelerate new product development by prioritization and value proposition
