Job description:

I- Research and Innovation
1. Imagination of new concepts and designs in packaging, gifts and displays
2. Research and analysis of new eco-friendly materials and constructions
3. Sourcing for new factories for ‘technical’ materials and specific productions
4. Participation to new process in products development and production

II- Prototyping and development
1. Create and develop designs for high end (luxury markets) technical briefs (requiring various tools).
2. Support sales during technical meetings with the clients.
3. Create 3D renderings and visualizations, including prototypes.
4. Manage the 3D designers team
5. Try and develop new mechanisms and materials (from textile, cellulose fibers, wood, metal, ceramic, glass, ...)
6. Production troubleshooting upon requests

Skills:
o must know CAD Software such as Solidworks.
o Use of Surface Modelling Software such as Blender
o Use of PCB design software such as Proteus
o Knowledge in various materials, decoration and assembly processes
o Speak good Chinese and English and comfortable in international teamwork discussions
o Sharpness in quality details and level of quality required
o Curiosity, creativity and teamwork abilities

---Extra skills---
Creation of prototypes :
o Use of CNC machines for many types of production (metal cutting, knife plotter, stitching and basic automation)
o Manual PCB design and assembly
