The General Manager is a full P&L role and is responsible for achieving the strategic and operative goals of the company including financial targets, sales and market share, towards both China domestic market and the projects in APAC region outside of China; the role will also bare supportive targets as quality, customer satisfaction, innovation, motivating work environment and compliance.
