Responsibility
 Research and recommend companies to invest in or acquire.
 Participate in all stages of the investment process - including market analysis, due diligence, deal negotiations and portfolio management.
 Manage end-to-end analytical projects by quickly understanding context and developing structured analysis to reach alignment and provide guidance to senior stakeholders.
 Research and share executive-level insights to educate other executives on new, innovative technology trends and markets, and recommend high-potential investments
 International/domestic travel required up to 50% of the time
Role Requirments:
 Bachelor’s degree from a top tier school.
 Exceptional strategic, analytical, communication, leadership and problem solving skills
 Experience assisting in identifying, structuring, negotiating strategic deals, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio and exit management
 Familiar with dental company or dental distribution(online&off-line) sector is a must.
 5 years of experience in M&A/ Leverage Finance/ Marketing/Direct-Sell/Distribution Management in ASEAN
 Experience with legal documentation and closing an investment is a plus.
 English proficiency is a must. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
