Department: Sales & Marketing
Line Manager: Solid line to Sales Director(China)
Dotted line to Engineering Manager(Korea)
Location: Beijing

Main Tasks and targets
• Research and development of RF technology including VC tech.
• Design and simulate RF match circuit and RF filter.
• Participate in internal and external R&D projects (Including Government projects)
• Create and design electric circuit on PCB
• Develop innovative RF solutions to solve complex plasma power delivery problems
• Develop RF configuration and electrical circuit for *** custom RF auto-match products
• Assemble and test for prototype RF products
• Operate and maintain test fixtures and test methods
• Carry out multiple function like a assembly, internal test and development
• Assist in match products with critical technologies and transit into production
• Assist application engineers in the field to develop new opportunities for products
Working experience/technical skills/know how
• Degree in: Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on RF strongly preferred
• 1~5 years in product development of RF match preferred
• Experience in semiconductor industry is a plus
• Experience with RF network simulation and electric circuit implementation desired
• Proven ability to solve complex math and electrical systems problems
• Must be able to work effectively in a highly interactive team environment
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of personnel within the organization
