1.Maintain the existing business of existing key customers and develop new product opportunities;
2.Cooperate with customers and Engineering Department to develop and implement the company's product strategy;
3.Provide technical / engineering advice on products to major original equipment manufacturers and end users in order to include our products in the customer's preferred supplier list;
4.Participate in, identify, motivate and manage carefully selected key customer networks to achieve sales goals;
5.Keep abreast of major projects and ensure that the company's products and services are actively promoted to all decision makers in the industrial gas sub department;
6.Assist in holding trade exhibitions, exhibitions and seminars to display the company or products, and provide professional demonstrations or product demonstrations to customers;
7.Formulate strategies and suggestions for developing key customers and markets;
8.Provide up-to-date information on sales, sales forecasts, customer activities and visits, sales activities (including project progress, target customers, major and new opportunities) and any specific promotion or marketing activities;
9.Act in a manner consistent with the scope and principles of all company policies, codes of conduct and core values.
1.Bachelor degree or above in industry;
2.At least 6 years experience in industrial gas sales. At least 3 years working experience in international companies;
3.Industrial gas sales background or experience is preferred;
4.Good track record in key accounts and project management;
5.Good business sense and skills. Strong ability in management, coordination, analysis and problem solving, with high work efficiency.
6.Good professional ethics and professionalism;
7.Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
8.Willing to travel frequently.
