Based in Shanghai and reporting directly to the Greater China HR Senior Director-Watch & Jew Division, the incumbent will be responsible for the HR L&D function reporting in Greater China markets, with one direct report- Regional L&D Specialist.
The incumbent will drive the training and development projects implementation, building the talent pipelines and offering timely and consultative support to achieve organization effectiveness and efficiency.
