1. Support the execution of the project with regard to all document controls and manage the document control system.
2. Ensure that all people requiring access to the document management system have been trained and have the correct access to the system.
3. Ensure all construction documentation is managed according to the documentation procedure.
4. Ensure that all drawings and specifications that are being used on site are most current and to stamp and file superseded drawings and documents.
5. Manage the drawing amendment process and ensure that correct approval is received, drawings are marked with amendment stamps and amendment documents are filed.
