· Above 5 years’ retail operation/supply chain experience in a major consumer driven MNC (FMCG, Consumer Durables/Electronics);
· Ability to work across multiple functions and drive action via the consensus and alignment with multiple internal (Sales, Customer, Customer Service (CS), S&C, Logistic team, etc.) & external teams (3rd Party vendors);
· Ability to clearly articulate goals and objective; work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group;
· Ability to network, influence, and utilize internal and external resources;
· Strongly data analytical skills with excellent Excel skill setup;
· Fluent English is a must for the role, both written and spoken.
