Responsibilities：
• Ensure reliable and cost effect design
• Continuous improvement of existing technologies
• Assisting in operator training from development point of view
• Participation in relevant APQP tasks
• Participation in ECRs and continuous improvements
• Training of new development engineers, and support in other teams of development
• Support and supervise design of team members to meet customer requirement
• Evaluate team capacity for future work

Qualification：
• Bachelor degree
• More than 5 years experience of design
• Fluent English skill of speaking and writing
• Certificate of FMEA, PPAP,SPC, APQP, MSA, GD&T, DFMA, PMP
• Collaborative: works well with others and engenders a spirit of trust and teamwork
• Communication：Good at communication with customers and suppliers
• Analytical and solve：Good at analysis and solve technical problems
