Role and responsibilities:

Acting as the custodian of channel strategic framework; ensuring it is aligned to corporate strategy, operating model and all Sales & Marketing approved tools/frarneworks.
Analysis, maintenance and validation of the commercial dashboards on a frequent basis to ensure all new opportunities and risks are visible to stakeholders.
Lead Category reviews and recommend fact-based business opportunities by leveraging information & knowledge and working closely with Sales Managers and buyers.
Designing the key transformational projects for defined priority customers to deliver the commercial opportunities identified.
Effective account relationship management for the selected customers to ensure service standards and efficiency are continuously enhanced.
Deep analysis on all possible business data to find gap, generate opportunities and learning for further growth.
Leading availability and core range distribution improvement agenda and managing the tracking of market progress.
Monthly trade programs/resource efficiency analysis reports to continuously improve the KUl and generate learning.
Involve in rolling 12 months sales forecast on time delivery to customer service to improve accuracy rate.
