Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
• Collect market information, analyze and make meaningful conclusion to understand market dynamics in APAC
• Conducting regional competitor analysis with focus on products, markets, technologies and future competitor behavior
• Leading on customer survey to help team build up customer centric concept and strategy
• Monitoring and analyzing industry developments and trends in APAC, assist in building a short/medium/long-term NBO pipeline in accordance with APAC strategy
• Closely work with sales, T&I and product management team to explore new business opportunity and summarize market requirements for new product development
• Playing an active role as market expert in strategic projects for business growth
• Coordinate internal and external resource to execute promotional seminars, campaigns and social medias
• Initiating and leading external market studies and partnership
• Travel up to 30%
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Materials or Mechanical Engineering preferred) or marketing, business related field
Experience
• Minimum 5 years professional work experience in international company
• Minimum 3 years in marketing role
• Proven skills of market research methods incl. data mining, forecasting and skills in economics
• Relative background in the industry like Engineering Material, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Industrial is desired
