Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders in China
- Including but not limited to HR topics such as Talent Reviews, Merit, Bonus & promotion reviews
- Strategic supporting & partner with Senior Executives to diagnose & formulate crucial HR solutions on talent related, like entire lifecycle from attraction, recruitment, retention & TD
- Lead & manage HR initiatives: Employer Branding, Reputation, Learning, Diversity etc.
- Lead & manage Employee Relations issues: employee disputes, performance or other issues
- Collaboration across HR COE ( functional and regional )
- Provide leadership for overall HR processes, systems related tasks
- Participate in the selection & assessment of key management positions and hi-pos
- HR Project Related & adhocs
Requirements:
- University degree or above.
- HR Business Partner and/or COE experience in a global MNC or a significant sized company
- Excellent in Chinese and English
