Chemical engineering & equipment & chemical mechanical background is preferred
At least 6 years’ experience of EP or EPC project procurement
New vendor sourcing, audit, development, and existing vendor evaluation and management
Set targets and strategies for the specific project procurement
Prepare project procurement management related documents, vendor list, issue inquiry, organize clarification, negotiation, issue PO, and follow up quality controlling, payment, invoice, and inspection, expediting activities and delivery in execution period
