Sr. Manager, Customer Service
Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a sizeable team of customer servcies.
- Daily interact with sales team, customers and our disbtributors;
- Manage and continuous improvement on the opportunity to order / order to cash processes and assure the delivery and customer experiences.
- Initiate internal projects to facilitate the upgrade of Salesforce / ERP systems, with the support from tech deparment.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- English must be fluent.
- Seasoned customer service management / sales operation management experience
- Exposure to different sales channels including traditional distribution, E-commerce, KA etc..
- Managed large teams before, proven leadership.
