Sales & Operation
- Support to sales planning and deliver sales target on Tmall platform.
- Build up and maintain yearly commercial calendar based on business piloting and
seasonality and organize significant events accordingly
- Design and roll out interactive engagement and activity to enhance commercial
dynamism in the platform
- Daily monitor and evaluate on the store key metric, on a daily basis to drive the growth of customer/sales/traffic/stock.
- Cooperate closely with cross functions (E-merch, traffic, editorial，Operation an Tmall partner) within the company to allocate the resource necessary to boost the business in Tmall
Products & UX
- Responsible the implantation of new products in Tmall platform and manage the
performance by segmentation.
- Optimize product page, customer touch point to enhance key operation metric like
conversion rate, on a ongoing basis.
- Manage the visual merchandising and layout of Tmall store to enhance customer
shopping experience and display efficiency dynamically.
- Online service and function optimization.
- Support on business performance reporting on regular basis.
- Build industry insights, benchmark, analyze data for business optimization and growing opportunities.
- Support new project/service implantation on Tmall platform.
- Assisted finance/legal process implementation not limited to contracts, payment, etc
