- Supporting hiring activities based on the request from BU or other stakeholders
- Explore external effective hiring channels, Job boards, Linkedin, etc.
- Effectively manager external vendors Headhunters, RPO etc
- Annual hiring budget control;
- To lead HR projects (Campus hiring, Employer branding, Recruitment system, etc…);
- Optimization to existing Hiring Policy and Procedure if needed
- Understand market intelligence & competitor research;
