Your challenges:
● Support the finance users by maintaining and optimizing the daily financial/accounting
automatic processes;
● Ensure the data integrity among various business applications and financial systems,
especially during the monthly/yearly finance closing period;
● Handle IT-related incidents/issues of the accounting procedures by correcting the datasets or
reporting to the technical specialist;
● Coordinate with Decathlonians globally for their instant needs and enquiries of your
responsible workflows and tools;
● Expertise in organizing the finance/accounting procedures:
○ Document and standardize the current IT-related financial/accounting workflows;
○ Fully comprehend concerning financial tools and applications;
○ Review, master and reform the existing procedures from the perspective of an
experienced process leader;
● And, render better solutions for all finance users:
○ Collect and analyze the users’ demands, and propose enhancement solutions;
○ Develop the solutions by working tightly with our developer teammates (or external
partners);
○ Manage the resources and progress of projects with frequent communication among
different stakeholders;

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above.
Strong IT skills in Python/R/etc.
Basic knowledge in Accounting/Finance, will be preferred.
Sports lover.
