职位目标/Position Objective:
主要负责北京研发中心新产品安全认证相关的工作，支持新产品研发项目的开展。
Lead new product approval related work for Rosemount Beijing E&D, to support new product development project.

主要工作职责/Main Responsibilities:
1. 与设计工程师沟通并了解新产品设计，澄清新产品认证的相关需求。
Communicate with design engineers to understand the new design. Clarify the new product approval
requirements.
2. 协同总部产品认证工程师，准备并审核新产品认证计划。
Prepare and review the new product approval plan with headquarter approval team.
3. 收集并审核产品认证需要的文档及图纸，准备认证测试样品。
Collect and review product approval related documents and drawings. Prepare test samples for product
approval tests.
4. 协助总部产品认证部门的认证工作，追踪并支持产品认证的进展。
Coordinate with headquarter approval team for new product approval application work. Track and support the
progress.
5. 进行内部的产品认证测试。
Leads internal approval tests in local lab.
6. 与本地或全球认证机构的沟通。
Communicate with local or global agencies.
7. 领导组织工程师创新活动, 负责专利申请、检索等内容，支持总部知识产权保护活动及战略
Lead and organize engineering innovation activities, lead IP application and research process, support
corporate IP protection initiatives and strategy.
8. 支持其它部门及研发其它的相关工作。
Work with other departments and support E&D team other related work.


教育经验/知识技能/Education/Experience:
1． 本科及以上工程背景学历
Bachelor degree or above, Engineering related
2． 产品认证相关的知识或者工作优先
Product approval related knowledge or work is preferred
3． 良好的书面及口头沟通能力
Good written and verbal communication skills
4． 优秀的英语能力
Excellent English skills on listening, speaking, reading and writing
