Job Responsibilities:
1. Strengthen the brand image of company as the Knowledge Engineering Company
2. Develop technical solutions to customer, including bearing selection, application advice, and failure analysis through bearing calculations, customer specification review
3. Coordinate with PDE and Manufacture Department in the company Group to drive product quality improvement and new product development
4. Conduct technical presentations, training & seminars to customers and internal colleagues
5. Update and issue application-oriented promotion material and technical presentations
6. Arranges and participates in segment exhibition and conference, when required
7. Coordinating design, prototype, and testing activities etc.
8. Taking active part in technical issue resolution on field return parts
9. When assigned to a project, working closely with project managers to launch the products

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or equivalent;
2. Minimum 3~8 years in application experience, ideally in multinational company;
3. Good planning, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills, sound teamwork spirit;
4. Working in cross-functional, and very organized working style;
5. Self-motivating, innovation and customer oriented.
6. Fast learner and computer literate
7. Bearing knowledge, FEA skills, or project management skills is preferred
8. Good command of written and oral English
9. Willing to travel domestic and overseas
