Processes
-Closely work with BUs to review and challenge BU’s financial forecast
-Analysis monthly/quarterly/annual operating results to identify key financial and operational performance metrics, review with BUs to drive insight and actions
-Ensure robustness of financial information and deliver appropriate commentary, work closely with BUs to ensure smooth delivery of meaningful data
-Manage, monitor and advise on OPEX spending (Actuals, Forecasts & Plans) ensure tight control in place
-Optimize finance operation process to improve internal control and process efficiency, ensure compliance with PRC policy & local regulation throughout FBP activities
-Support all ad-hoc data requests including co-ordination and review

Business Partnering
-Partner with FP&A head on an ongoing basis to provide strategic input and financial guidance to the management in identifying and delivering growth objectives, support growth priorities
-Lead monthly business forecast
-Provide financial advice on new business opportunities, supported by financial modelling (BP) result, evaluate and challenge specific major investment proposals
-Support the BUs on macro-economic analysis, business intelligence as required

Technical
-Proficient financial knowledge of modelling, analysis, evaluation, and forecasting with strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to use internal and external data to drive planning
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which enable liaison and negotiations with internal and external parties
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet critical deadlines in line with business requirements
-Experience in business partnering, include identify financial improvement opportunity, solving complex problems, project management
-Excellent computer skills
