Famous Retailing Group with multi brands and hundreds of stores in China.

Responsibilities;
1. Participate in a key management role within the finance department, and act as trusted finance advisor and thought leader to support Greater China business.
2. Lead a team of 10+, covering both business partners and Share Service Center, to comply with corporate/local accounting, tax, treasury and other rules and regulations.
3. Review the quarterly and monthly financial results, support business and FPA to understand financial result fluctuation and accounting/tax update.
4. Manage the Balance Sheet to ensure responsible accounts are properly reconciled and supported.
5. Lead the finance system solution or support business system implementation, make sure the system environment be properly set up to support business operation in an efficient way.
6. Manage outsourcing resources, timely review outsourcing process to control the quality, efficiency, and the cost.
7. Coordinate internal control process and external audit requests.
8. Develop the team’s vision through making great hiring decisions, providing career growth, and coaching to team members.

Requirements:
1. Above 15 years’ working experience in Finance & Accounting area, and at least seven years’ leadership role with a team more than 10 people.
2. Big 4 experience is a must; Retail or FMCG working experience, especially Multi-brand retail and Multi-national corporate experience, is highly preferred.
3. Experience in SSC establishment, process improvement and finance system implementation.
4. Knowledge of IFRS, PRC Accounting Principles and Chinese Tax Regulations.
5. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) to connect and collaborate effectively with a diverse set of peers and stakeholders; constructive and solution-oriented mindset.
6. Fluency in Mandarin and English
