Key Responsibilities (Process) / 主要职责・职务内容

1. Manage overall project plan, issues, status reporting, risks and dependencies, and lead or facilitate key project meetings. Be familiar with project management tools like Jira, confluence…
2. Understand the digital/CRM systems developed for clients and business partners, define and make workable project plan, including scope, stakeholders, timeline, key milestone, etc. with the internal and external delivery team and business partners.
3. Coordinate with internal and external resource to ensure the project team work as one team and delivery meets the business goals.
4. Consistently Deliver the implementation according to the plan, leveraging the knowledge and skills in cosmetics fields.

Qualification, Education, Experiences etc. / 资格证书・学历・经验等
1. Bachelor or above degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology.
2. 4-7 years of experience in Digital fields as project manager.
3. Deep understanding of retail industry off-line and on-line business, digital strategies, business process and the way in which technology impact and enhance business processes.
4. Deep understanding of Ecommerce process from user experience to operation process.
5. Experience of both waterfall and scrum project approach.
6. Result-Driven, possesses significant practical experience in the basics of project management (estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication plan).
7. Fluent English skills in written and verbal.
8. PMP certificate is a plus.
