Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and execute relevant HR initiatives and programs for organization in the areas of resourcing, talent development & retention, performance management, employee engagement and performance improvement
• Partner with Operations Director on blue-collar development such as OT management, KPI setting, manpower management, labor cost control, process optimization to ensure organizational effectiveness.
• Stand for regular effective employee communication channel, means for company information and policy message - front line staff in particular
• Facilitate operation leaders for regular staff communication meetings, follow staff inquiries, and deal with all sorts of staff disputes and/or arbitration cases
• Implement transformation programmes (such as sales force effectiveness, lean manufacturing) in partnership with key functional stakeholders.
• Being the HRBP and work with Operations director for organizational restructure project.
• Participate HR projects from Global and Asia and ensure effective implementation.

Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
2. 10+ years' experience in HR full functions on a plant basis.
3. Has demonstrably diagnosed people challenges and in response, developed and led successful culture change programmes that have positively impacted on an organisation.
4. Has successfully managed complex employee relations environments, such as JV plants.
5. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
