1.Report to GM,lead the sales team of the area to achieve the sales yearly target
2.Planning for team target: Lead the sales team to make the budget planning to ensure the individual targets of sales reps can make up the total allocated target.
3.Sales team activity management and Sales channel management Maintain/develop sales channels as defined according to ＜Market Rules＞Set target for distribution partners and support them to meet the target.
1.Five plus years valve business sales background and preferred in senior sales position.
2.Experienced sales ability on project business and OEM business, sales channel management.
3.Proved team management ability and leadership, supportive working manner.
4.English ability is necessary, both in speaking and writing.
