KEY TASKS &MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 主要任务及职责
- In-depth study SensoWash product requirement/specification, hardware/software specification,
defines test strategy; develop test plans for full coverage.
深入研究 SensoWash 产品需求/规范，硬件/软件规范，定义测试策略，制定测试计划。
- Translating the plan into executable tests utilizing industry and internally develop test tools and
platforms.
利用行业和内部开发的测试工具和平台将计划转化为可执行的测试。
- Work in sync with firmware to design test cases according to different maturity levels of firmware,
validate the quality of firmware work at different stages. Analyze test result. Triage, isolate and close
the issues.
与固件同步工作，根据不同的固件成熟度设计测试用例，验证不同阶段固件的质量,分析测试结果。分
类，隔离和关闭问题。
- Analyze field compare issues, study customer usage habit, and make effort to improve validation
coverage.
分析现场问题，研究客户使用习惯，努力提高验证覆盖率。
- Improve test methodology to shorten validation cycle time at later product stage and ensure no
coverage escape.
改进测试方法，缩短产品后期验证周期，确保无遗漏。
- Define and build up hardware/software test platform, evaluate the tools usability on testing products,
checkout every hardware/software changes on the tools. Report and follow up issues regarding tool
bugs.
定义搭建硬件/软件测试平台，评估工具可用性，检查工具的硬件/软件变更。报告并跟踪有关工具缺陷
的问题。
- Employee also performs other duties as assigned by their Superior.

PREREQUISITE JOB QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格
- Bachelor degree.
本科学历。
- Extensive experience in the use of C, C++, Python scripting languages, programming tools and
environments.
精通 C, C++, Python 等语言的编程工具和环境。
- Extensive hardware/software validation experience with controller systems used in consumer
products.
具有丰富的消费电器领域硬件/软件验证经验。
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.
有很强的分析问题、解决问题的能力。
- Excellent experience with Unit testing in embedded environments (Ceedling, Unity, CMock).
在嵌入式环境（Ceedling，Unity，CMock）中进行单元测试的出色经验。
- Experience working with Nordic and Microchip chipsets.
有使用 Nordic 和 Microchip 芯片组的经验。
- Experience with agile projects (Scrum or Kanban).
有敏捷项目经验（Scrum 或看板）。
- Knowledge of how to use Jira, Git, Gitlab.
掌握 Jira，Git，Gitlab。
- Previous experience on project as Lead Engineering or with Project Management.
有负责过工程或项目管理经验。
- Experience in electric sanitary or household, consumer products design preferred.
有电子洁具或小家电，消费产品设计经验优先。
- Good English communication skills.
