Job Description

The System & Integration technical sales engineer will be responsible to support NDT business with technical NDT expertise and time to time commercial support for Systems & Integrations market in China, works with NDT System & Integration global sales team and towards the achievement of maximum growth while maintaining profitability in line with company goals and objectives. In collaboration with the local and global sales team, the System & Integration technical sales engineer promote NDT leading technology in Chinese market and support technically the distributors for a better understanding of the End-Users requirements.
Working in a branch Sales office, the System & Integration technical sales engineer will travel frequently to visit potential customers. This position reports to the NDT Systems & Integration department sales manager.

- Frequently visit existing and potential customers and distributors to promote NDT leading technologies in China market. 经常出差拜访潜在客户与经销商在中国市场推动世界领先的探伤技术与系统。
- Prepare technical specifications or solutions according to customer request.根据客户实际需求起草技术方案及文件。
- Make an accurate sales forecast and report consistently on a monthly basis to China sales manager & headquarter.向中国区销售经理及总部提交准确的项目月报。
- Coordinate local sales activities for System & Integration opportunities in collaboration with NDT global sales team.与总部及国内销售团队协调开展中国市场的销售活动。
- To support and guide distributors to provide technical support and adequate inspection solutions according to the End-Users requirements.为本地经销商提供技术支持及引导,为最终客户准备并提供满足客户需求的检测技术解决方案。
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. 协助并开展必要的市场推广与宣传。
- Collect all marketing information 收集所需市场信息。
- Develop Integrators sales network further in China for the sales of integrated instrumentations and solutions. 开发系统集成合作伙伴,为其提供先进的用于系统集成的检测仪器及方案。
- To investigate the NDT needs in the targeted industries of the NDT strategic plan.按照 NDT 的方针探索目标行业对 NDT 探伤检测的需求。

- Has proficient Ultrasonic and Eddy current NDT knowledge.具备丰富的超声以及涡流无损探伤知识。
- Strong interpersonal skills is necessary; 具备较强的人际关系处理技巧
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The person must be able to provide detailed, written reports that effectively communicate the needs of customers and market situation; 出色的书面及口头表达能力。并能出具详细地书面报告与用户进行有效沟通。
- Ability to multi-task;能够同时从事多个任务。
- Good English communication skill is required. 有较好的英文交流的能力。
- Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements in at least one of the following industries, transport, aerospace, oil&gas and power generation. 在交通、航空航天、石油天然气、发电行业中,至少对某一行业客户的需求或市场需求有着独特的理解。
- Excel in fast paced environment, self-motivation, positive attitude against market competition and teamwork sprite is a must. 适应快节奏的工作环境,必须能自我激励并按时完成任务,面对激烈市场竞争保持乐观积极态度及团队合作精神。
- Ability to travel 50% of the time. 能够适应 50%的时间出差。

- 5+ years working experience at a direct technical sales support position for NDT industrial equipment. 5+年直接面向客户销售技术支持设备或系统的经验。
- Direct NDT sales experience to aerospace and transportation fields is preferred. 最好在航空航天或轨道交通或者风电行业有无损探伤直接销售的经验。
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree (NDT,applied physics, automation engineering preferred). 大学本科以上学历(无损检测专业,应用物理、或自动化工程类相关专业)。
- Multinational company working experience is a plus. 最好具有跨国公司工作经验。
