Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-Develop business plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness in aftermarket operations.
- Improve aftermarket business models, processes, tools and operations to optimize performance to support the implementation of ITS AP aftermarket growth plans.
- Oversee the implementation of standards-setting work and the adequacy and correctness of conversion projects.
- Build close relationships and partnerships with various departments.
- Analyze and integrate data into meaningful insights and inform decision making.
- Data management and analytics: data mapping & manipulation from input (SFA system) to output (reports, KPI).

Requirements:

- 8 years commercial working experience and 5 years commercial excellence working experience in B2B business.
-Excellent commercial sales ability.
- Can effectively propose problems, research problems, clarify problems, put forward innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large and complex projects and achieve common goals with internal stakeholders.
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate clearly.
