1. Owns feedback and feedforward loops between SSC and HRBP teams.
2. Support internal change adoption, like information and communication towards local managers & employees in close collaboration with HR Line.
3. Early involvement in significant sector/site specific issues with operational services impact. Facilitate solutions in close collaboration with business lead.
4. Inform HR business partners on updates from HR Services (process improvements, service expansion etc).
5. Present and discuss relevant management information with HR business partners related to HR services delivery and change adoption.
6. Drive standardization, simplification, automation and efficiency gains in relation to the relevant processes in its own domain.
7. Participate in (improvement) projects and safeguard own knowledge & skills.
1. 5+ HR SSC experience in F500 companies.
2. Change management capabilities and dealing with resistance
3. Problem solving capabilities e.g. ability to translate recurring operational issues, supported by data, into practical solutions
4. Positive can-do mindset & continuous improvement drive
5. Ability to work in a changing & demanding environment
