- Make the plan of daily patrol inspection for each power station. Make sure the standards related available and effective.Perform preventive maintenance according to PM planning

- Set up and maintain a prompt and accurate reporting system for water consumption and energy consumption; Follow up these indicators, review and evaluate performance of maintenance operations and take necessary actions to improve them

- Constantly develop the competence of utility employees in machine inspection, trouble shooting method, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and quality related maintenance

- Manage machine improvement plans, annual maintenance plan and TOP priority project

- Follow-up and control the maintenance consumables and spare parts. Lead actions to reduce their costs

- Manage and control EHS activities for utility team (safe working practice, PPE, etc); ensure that the safety rules are followed by the team members

- Support engineering project in order to achieve the engineering work requirement with cost optimization and high efficiency

- Exercise administration responsibility for discipline, employee morale and harmonious relations for all utility employees in accordance to company policies, rules and regulations
