1.Manage all HR operations and admin in the plant (Organization, Training, recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations).
2.Establish the HR policies and processes in line with the corporate policies and processes.
3. Support the management level to finish the organization change.
4.Other project support implemented by Headquarter.
1.8+years HR working experience,plant experience is a must.
2. Prefer related manufaturing MNC experience.
3.Strong teamwork, interpersonal and excellent communication skills. Willingness to proactively reach out to senior stakeholders.
