Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and implement all people development processes, such as talent review, internal mobility, retail development, individual development plans, coaching/mentoring, etc. to drive personal ownership and commitment of staff’s career development
• Driver, through active participation and contribution, specific or ad-hoc HR/Organization Development projects to enhance the HR impact to improve the organization effectiveness and business performance
• Design, develop, review and update training strategy, policies and practices to be in line with business objectives
• Conduct training needs analysis, establish training system and platform which cater for the needs of all staff in different level and functions
• Manage L&D budget, monitor and control the expenses
• Bachelor or Master degree
• Professional experience & know how: 8 years+ L&D experience in an international company with min. Hands-on and in-depth experience in learning & people development solution design and implementation, with experience in Beauty/or Retail Industry is a plus
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skill
• Energetic, Positive, passion to people development
