Job Description

1、负责组织薪酬福利政策宣导和落地;

2、与HRBP合作,对组织的薪酬进行调查,设计,分析;

3、结合业务,内部战略外部市场竞对,进行年度激励的方案设计和组织运营;

4、负责集团市场洞见,入职Offer的Guideline的设计和调整;

5、协助HR负责人,处理薪酬方面的疑难案例。

任职要求

1、本科以上学历, 8年以上大型企业薪酬CoE工作经验;

2、负责处理过大型的薪酬福利项目;

3、主动性强,抗压能力好;

4、认可组织“客户价值最大化、服务者精神”的核心价值观。
