Job Summary:
-Deliver ideas for innovative products and technologies in line with global strategy and future trends
-Manage global innovation programs and provide support for long-term research programs
-Responsible for the execution of development projects, advising on experimental design and other techniques
-Work with other departments like Sales, Marketing, Procurement etc to provide technical guidance

Requirements:
-10+ years' relevant experience in the Grease Industry
-Significant experience in industrial grease development and knowledge how to formulate grease of all thickener types and all relevant test methods
-Deep understanding of current and future engineering and lubricants trends
-Fluent English
