Job Description

Job Context :
Set and deliver annual target of sales revenue or Contribution Margin AOP by creation, implementation, and execution of a territory sales plan to develop / maintain the business with current customers and potential customers.
Support KA manager to implement account growth plans at key regional customers.
Followed China Customer Segmentation strategy to serve as the primary customer contact for technical and business issues for direct accounts and distributors within territory.
Ensure that customer information, meetings and agreements are recorded properly, in time, in full, in the agreed formats and systems
Work closely with distributors with open communication to ensure achievement of sales plan.
Identify and deliver opportunities for business growth (new Business Opportunities) and improvement, prioritize these opportunities and implementation, maintain existing business;
Company Core Value understanding and implementation
Support technical sales or marketing by gathering customer usage of key products.
Develop sales forecasts for supply chain on a monthly basis. Manage all sales transactions, stocks and receivables with accounts of responsibility.
Ensure timely reporting of sales team: monthly report, visit report and other reports required from line manager

Bachelor degree - Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related science field required
At least 5-8 years working experiences in related area in the Paints and Coatings field.
Prior experience selling additives or resins in South China Market.
Demonstrated success of growing a sales territory and successfully selling new products
Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be committed, positive, and hard working. Proactive and High Enthusiasm
Travel required will be 50-70% of the time.
