Job Description

• Digital Technology Transformation Strategist who spans multiple technology solutions within logistics and supply chain.
• Identifies and analyse business needs, and translate into IT solution, works across the logistics and supply chain business to ensure scope and requirements are aligned and creates opportunities for innovation in process changes and technology enabled solutions.
• Define, Shape & Manages Technology investment priorities for business.
• Responsible to power digital solutions technologies that enable end-to-end data management, operational/advanced analytics.
• Drive digital logistics management innovation agenda by thought leadership, anticipating & responding to rapidly changing industry and customer needs, translating relevant insights into solutions that create value for the business.
• Works collaboratively with business and IT leadership, and third-party vendors to design, execute and lead teams through a digital transformation of key business processes and systems.
• Defines vision, strategy & capability roadmap for areas of responsibility including a projection for realized business value.
• Partner with Product line leaders to establish product roadmaps based on continuous improvement aligned to evolving business strategy, integration of emerging technologies, product lifecycle management & organizational capacity to manage demand.
• Build strong relationships and engage frequently with internal and external stakeholders, to build sponsorship, advocate adoption and deliver change – as well as manage the expectations of the SCM and Manufacturing leadership.
• Formulate and drive the vision for your product / product area, using business insight and product discovery techniques.
• Lead one or more multi-disciplinary teams in the development and delivery of the digital products.
• Lead the analysis, design, implementation, operation and evolution of the Digital Product(s) to ensure the products are managed to the agreed time, costs and quality, and maximum business value is extracted.
• Ensure the Digital Products are fully adopted and manage the business change lifecycle, including communication, awareness and training.
