Details of Responsibility
• Handle the day to day conduct of individual cases and components of larger cases, under the directionand supervision of senior staff. This will include:
- Taking responsibility for direct communications with clients and third parties;
- Supervising and supporting the work of junior staff and colleagues;
- Contributing individually, or in a team, to strategic planning and implementation of client casework andbusiness development initiatives;
- Quickly demonstrating a command of relevant law and procedure.
• Work to develop, implement and monitor client development plan and report marketing initiatives;
• Support partner to generate more work and BD capability to write articles, presentation, speech, pitchetc.

Requirements to the Job
• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in IP field;
Must be with Law firm experience, and IP litigation experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English (equal or above TEM 8 level) ;
• Good communication skills with different nationalities, backgrounds, positions in a company;
• Strong organizational skills and project management skills;
• Patient, detail-minded, initiative & self-disciplined;
• Can work under pressure, a team player;
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
