Job Description

- Be responsible for P & L management, sales planning, customer satisfaction, strategy building for both official website and WeChat mini-program.
- Leverage marketing channels and CRM touch-points to build a sustainable and fast-growing business.
- Cooperate with internal merchandising / logistics / after-sales/CRM /traffic/Offline retail teams to align on business objectives and needs.
- Stay connected to the market to innovate and develop new sales initiatives or channels (like douyin, baidu store…).
- Be responsible for user experiences on all touchpoints through the official website and WeChat mini-program.
- Report weekly & monthly site performance, share key insights and recommendations to support business growth.
- Lead and develop a team of web-marketers, web-merchandisers and analysts

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of official site experience in either agency or in-house background with strong analytic skills and attention to details.
- Demonstrated P&L accountability and solid first-hand experience with platforms’ back-end systems for store operations.
- Knowledge of WeChat commerce ecosystem as well as O2O experience
- Strong analytical, data-driven and creative problem-solving skills.
- Result driven with capability of project management and team leadership.
- Vital, Sporty and English speaker (proficient).
