Job Summary:
-Design and carry out lab experiments including lubricants testing like mini traction machine, cold crank simulator, industrial simulation testing and other equipment for internal R&D project and external customer projects
-Work closely with Sales and Market team, occasionally directly with customer, to understand the needs and requirement for projects. Keep R&D and commercial team in the same page about projects
-Follow the guidance of AP Application Manager and oversee the lab facilities, capabilities and assets; maintain the lab smooth operation including SOPs, risk assessment, COSHH etc
-Communicate clearly and effectively within the applications group across all the business

Requirements:
-Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry, with knowledge in automotive lubes, industrial lubes, oil&gas, battery and catalyst
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in lubricants, battery and catalyst processes and testing
-Good Project Management skills
-Strong interpersonal communication skills
-Fluent English
