Job Description

工作职责:

负责客户应用端的质量问题解决,维护客户关系
收集反馈和问题并反馈给技术部门,促进内部改进
管理客户由于质量所致退换货
客户质量工程师驻厂的日常管理
制定相关流程、规范,安排进货检验,合规等
对客户质量团队绩效负责。

工作要求:

工科背景下的本科及以上学历。
有汽车行业质量经验,熟悉相关质量体系。
3年以上质量经验,2年以上客户质量管理经验。
沟通技巧出色,能够良好维系客户关系。
熟练掌握8D工作,了解PFMEA/CP/SPC等工具.
熟练使用英文进行交流和工作 (口语+书面).
主动、注重结果、能够跨部门合作、适应高强度工作压力以及较高频次的出差
