KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with product owners, internal tech stakeholders and external partners to identify New Retail use cases across the organization
Help refine requirements and provide engineering design to technical solutions supporting identified business use cases
An agile mindset to drive initiatives into design and implementation through project deliveries
Prototype solutions with agile methodology in a fast-paced iterative fashion
Align with the tech functional teams, such as Digital, Data, Enterprise Application and Infrastructure and deliver workable products
Ability to take on complex technical problems and drive them through to a solution

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
8+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years e-Commerce related
Hands on development experience in Java, Python and/or PHP is expected
Good understanding of modern e-Commerce architecture
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
Experience of working in MNC environment is preferred
An industry background of Retail is preferred
